Ik was weer eens aan het zijpaden op internet, ik Googlede eerlijk gezegd op 'Janine Dechesne' (zo maar) en op dat zijpad kwam ik dit inspirerende filmpje tegen van Heartmatters. En het is me écht uit het hart gegrepen... wat me het meest 'aangreep' is dat 'in most organisations FEAR is ruling' en de uitleg en oplossing daarbij. Het klinkt heel simpel, het zit in een filmpje van nog geen 3 minuten, maar volgens mij ís het ook zo simpel als deze man (ik heb zijn naam nog niet uitgevogeld, zo vers moet ik er over schrijven) het vertelt. 'If we want to make things happen in an organization we need to create critical mass, and the fear is that if the collective takes over things will move into the wrong direction... so if we want to create critical mass, what we need to skip the believe that we can control and plan behavioural change.
So what we need to do is to bring the collective into dialogue and to care and support the collective during this dialogue by bringing in the right subjects and the right questions.'
